New feature ✨

MCP Connectors

Let the AI in chat use tools from other services. Members add a remote MCP server by URL, sign in through the server's own OAuth flow, and the assistant can call its tools in conversation.

  • Workspace members can add a custom connector in three steps, with a live check of the server and its sign-in settings
  • Every user connects with their own account: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and automatic client registration, request headers, or no sign-in at all
  • Every tool has its own permission: always allow, ask, or never. Tools are grouped, can be set in bulk, and default to asking
  • In-chat approval cards show exactly what the tool will send and offer Allow once, Always allow, or Deny
  • Admins switch Connectors on globally, choose which connectors each plan includes, and cap the number of custom servers per plan
  • Admins can test a connector, refresh its tools, and see tool previews read from the server itself
  • No credits are charged for connector calls; the model's token usage is billed as before
  • Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using the new APP_ENCRYPTION_KEY
  • Tools and tokens are refreshed in the background by cron
New plugin 🧩

Connector catalogue

A new first-party plugin with 487 vetted, ready-made MCP servers from official vendors, including Notion, Linear, Stripe, Sentry and Asana. Requires Aikeedo 5.1 or later.

  • 14 categories, 66 hand-verified entries, and logos, search and a category filter
  • Import under Settings β†’ Starter content β†’ Connectors; imports are ordinary connectors you can edit or delete
  • Most sign in with OAuth; servers that need your own OAuth client ID are imported switched off with a note
  • Plans decide which connectors members see, under Plans β†’ Library β†’ Connectors
New feature ✨

Private mode

Private mode replaces private chats and now covers the whole app. Turn it on once and it stays on as you move between tools, pages and tabs in the same browser; turn it off to go back to normal.

  • Everything created while it is on is temporary: chats, images, videos, voice-overs, transcripts, classifications, isolated voices and what chat tools produce
  • Private items stay out of history, Recents and the library, and are deleted automatically after the retention period
  • Turning it on and straight off leaves nothing behind. Turning it off asks first if the session holds anything, and warns about generations that are still running
  • Save replaces Share on private items, so you can keep what you want before leaving
  • Toggle it from the sidebar or with Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + X
  • Admins enable it under Settings β†’ Features β†’ Privacy & safety, set the retention period, and control it per plan. Re-enable it after updating, because the old private chat settings are gone
New feature ✨

Keyboard shortcuts

Common actions now have shortcuts, shown where they apply and listed in a cheat sheet opened with Ctrl/⌘ + /. Each shortcut can be switched off in your settings.

  • General: New (Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + O), Create on this page (N), Search (Ctrl/⌘ + K), Private mode (Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + X)
  • Navigation: toggle the sidebar (Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + S), toggle the details panel (Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + D), open settings (Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + ,)
  • Item menu: with a row's menu open, press U to mark read or unread, S to share, R to rename, D to delete, O to open in a new tab
New model ⚑

AI model catalog refresh

New models added across providers:

  • Anthropic: Claude Opus 5.5, Claude Sonnet 5.5
  • OpenAI: GPT 6.1 Sol, GPT 6 Luna
  • xAI: Grok 4.7, Grok Imagine Video 1.5 Lite
Removed model ❌

Retired models removed

Models with announced shutdowns or deprecations are removed:

  • Anthropic: Claude Sonnet 4.5
  • OpenAI: GPT 5.1, GPT 5.4 nano
  • Cohere: Command R, Command R+
Improvements πŸ”§

Safer handling of user-supplied URLs

URLs that members provide, including web page sources, dataset URLs and connectors, can no longer reach localhost or private networks, and every redirect is checked. If you run an MCP server on your own network, see the Connectors documentation for the allow-list.

Bug fix πŸͺ²

Bug fixes and improvements

This release also fixes a number of issues, including:

  • Community sharing was offered for tools that cannot be shared; it is now limited to Imagine and Video
  • Chat history no longer reads private conversations
  • Posting to a conversation now checks that you are allowed to edit it
  • Icons now come from the Tabler npm package instead of a vendored copy
Update Instructions

Back up your files and database before updating.

Update through the admin Update page as usual. Database migrations run automatically, and the update adds an APP_ENCRYPTION_KEY to your .env file if there is none. If the file is not writable, run php bin/console app:generate-key and back the key up with your database: losing it means reconnecting every connector.

Private mode replaces private chats. Re-enable it under Settings β†’ Features β†’ Privacy & safety and check each plan.

After updating, update every installed plugin.
