We typically release new features once or twice a month. After each major release, we provide updates every 2-3 days to address bug fixes and improvements.

Both give you a commercial license to run a live business. Aikeedo Core is a subscription that bundles Standard Support and all updates, and stays active for as long as you subscribe. On an annual term it also includes the Plugin Pass: every marketplace add-on, including ones we release later. The monthly term does not include add-ons — those are bought separately. The one-time license is a single payment you keep permanently, with add-ons and support purchased separately.

All three include a commercial license, so any of them allows you to charge your own customers. Choose Aikeedo Core for the lowest starting cost, All-Access if you also want every add-on included, or the one-time license if you would rather own it permanently.

The Plugin Pass — every plugin and theme in the marketplace, including future releases — is included with Aikeedo Core on an annual term only. Core monthly and the one-time Commercial License do not include add-ons; with either of those you buy the add-ons you want individually, and the bundle configurator discounts them as you add more. Add-ons stay available for as long as your annual subscription is active.

No, each license can only be used on one domain in production. If you want to install the app on multiple domains, you will need to obtain a separate license for each domain.

Yes. Aikeedo Core includes Standard Support for as long as you subscribe, on both monthly and annual terms. With the one-time license, support is available as a separate subscription. Support includes our availability to answer all your questions regarding the app. Our response time depends on the support plan you have purchased. Please note that support does not include customization or installation of the software.

Yes. Updates are not tied to support. With the one-time license you continue to receive the releases we publish after your purchase, at no further cost; with Aikeedo Core you receive them for as long as your subscription is active. In neither case do we commit to a release schedule or to publishing indefinitely — see section 2 of the License Agreement.

The backend of the software is built with a clean architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in mind. It is developed using pure PHP 8.2 without any general-purpose framework. We have utilized as much abstraction as possible to facilitate easy extension or modification of the application if needed. For the frontend, we have used modern technologies like TailwindCSS and AlpineJS.
