Plans & credits

1. Can I sell lifetime deals?

Yes. Plans support monthly, yearly, lifetime and one-time billing, so you can run lifetime-deal campaigns alongside subscriptions.

2. How are credits calculated?

Each model has a credit rate per unit (tokens, images, seconds or characters). You set the rates, and the credit ratio tool helps you price against provider costs. Try our profit calculator.

3. What happens when a subscription ends?

The workspace moves to the fallback plan you choose, such as a free tier, so users stay on your platform.

4. Can customers use their own API key?

If you enable BYOK, workspace owners can add their own OpenAI or Anthropic key, and you decide how credits apply to those requests.
