Mailchimp keeps a Mailchimp audience in sync with your Aikeedo user base. New users are added automatically, and a background bulk sync handles your existing contacts using Mailchimp's batch operations. The integration exposes detailed configuration—audience selection, member status, tags, merge fields, and IP tracking—giving you full control over how contacts appear in Mailchimp.

• Automatic new-user sync: every new Aikeedo registration is added to the selected Mailchimp audience immediately
• Batched bulk sync: existing users are synced using Mailchimp batch operations, with progress tracking for synced, skipped, and failed records
• Pause and resume: start, pause, resume, or stop a running bulk sync at any time from the admin panel
• Audience selection: choose which Mailchimp list receives your contacts, with a direct link to view it in Mailchimp
• Member status: set the default status for synced contacts—subscribed, unsubscribed, pending, cleaned, or transactional
• Tags: assign comma-separated tags to all synced contacts
• Merge field mapping: map first name, last name, and user ID to Mailchimp merge tags; optionally sync signup IP and language
• Verified-email filtering: optionally sync only users whose email addresses have been verified
