Chatbots gives your Aikeedo subscribers the ability to build and deploy their own AI-powered chatbots. Each subscriber creates chatbots from within their workspace, trains them on their own sources, and embeds the widget on their website or product—letting their visitors get accurate, grounded answers without leaving the page. All conversations and contacts are tracked in a shared inbox inside each workspace.

• Subscriber-owned chatbots: each workspace user builds and manages their own chatbots—configuring the agent, setting up instruction templates, and deploying independently
• Train on their content: subscribers attach their own sources, upload files, or add links; the chatbot retrieves relevant content at reply time using knowledge-base search
• Widget designer: customize the Home, Messages, and Help spaces with welcome content, quick-action buttons, suggested starters, help links, and legal notices
• Style and branding: choose color scheme, launcher icon, and primary colors; control "Powered by" display at the platform level and per plan
• Security: subscribers can restrict the widget to authorized domains and optionally enable JWT-based identity verification for their logged-in end-users
• Deploy: copy the embed snippet and install the widget on any website—subscribers embed it on their own site, not yours
• Engagement: every conversation and contact is logged per chatbot inside the subscriber's workspace inbox
• Plan controls: as the platform admin, set how many chatbots each subscriber can create and whether they can remove "Powered by" branding
• Multi-model support: works with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, xAI, Ollama, and compatible custom providers
