Stripe Tax Engine

Stripe Tax Engine delegates tax calculation to the Stripe Tax API, using the customer's billing address to determine the applicable rate automatically. It works across all payment gateways—not just Stripe payments—so you can use it regardless of which gateway your customers pay through. The only requirement is a verified Stripe account with Stripe Tax enabled, which is used solely for the tax calculation.
