Aikeedo customers now have a proper account: my.aikeedo.com, where your orders, downloads, and license keys live. Every Lemon Squeezy customer has been imported β sign in with the email you bought under.
Aikeedo customers now have an account.
Not a support login, not a forum profile β an actual customer account at my.aikeedo.com, holding everything you have bought from us: your orders, your downloads, your license keys, and the add-ons attached to each purchase.
It is live now, and if you have ever bought anything from us, your account already exists. You do not need to create one.
Sign in and you get one page that answers the questions people email us about most.
Your orders. Everything you have purchased, when you bought it, and what it included. One list, in one place, whether you bought last week or three years ago.
Your downloads. The Aikeedo release files and any add-ons your purchase covers, served on signed links that expire β so a URL that leaks somewhere public stops working instead of becoming a permanent hole.
Your license keys. Visible, copyable, tied to the order that issued them.
Your add-ons. Plugins, themes, and the Plugin Pass if you are on All-Access, listed against the purchase that granted them rather than scattered across separate emails.
Your subscription. If you are on Aikeedo Core or All-Access, its status is there.
The point of the portal is not that it does something spectacular. It is that the answer to "where is my download link" stops being "search your email for a receipt from 2023."
Go to my.aikeedo.com, enter your email address, and we send you a sign-in link. Click it and you are in. There is also a GitHub sign-in option if you prefer it.
No password is required to get in. If you would rather have one, you can set a password from your account once you are signed in, and use that instead β but nothing makes you, and the emailed link keeps working either way.
Use the email address you bought under. That is the one your orders are attached to.
Until this week, our checkout ran on Lemon Squeezy β we wrote about moving it to Stripe in Aikeedo Checkout Now Runs on Stripe.
Everything you need to know about your old purchases fits in three lines.
Every Lemon Squeezy customer has been imported. All of them, going back to the beginning. Your orders, downloads, and license keys are in my.aikeedo.com already.
Sign in with the same email you used at Lemon Squeezy checkout. That is the whole migration. No code to redeem, no ticket to open, no account to link.
Your Lemon Squeezy account is still active. Our Lemon Squeezy account is open and we have not set a date to close it. Receipts, invoices, and the original records of what you bought there are available at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders β which is Lemon Squeezy's own portal, operated by them rather than by us.
Think of it this way: my.aikeedo.com is where your product lives now. Lemon Squeezy holds the paperwork for older purchases. If you want a download or a key, come to us. If you want a two-year-old invoice for your accountant, that is on their side β and since it is their portal and not ours, downloading what your books need is sensible rather than paranoid.
my.aikeedo.com is a Keyplar account portal, on our own domain.
Keyplar is our product. It is the delivery layer that sits after checkout: payment clears in Stripe, Keyplar grants the license key, the download, the repository access, whatever the order entitles the buyer to β and revokes it if the payment is refunded. The customer portal is the front end of that, white-labelled onto the seller's own domain.
If you sell digital products through Stripe β licenses, downloads, private repository access β Keyplar handles the part that comes after the payment. Flat monthly pricing, no cut of your sales.
I have never bought anything. Can I sign in? You can create an account, but there will be nothing in it. The portal is for orders.
I bought under a different email than the one I use now. Sign in with the purchase email β that is where the orders are. If you no longer have access to that inbox, email sales@aikeedo.com from the address you want to move to and we will handle it.
I have orders in both places. Then both work. Anything bought from today forward appears only in my.aikeedo.com; anything older appears in both.
My orders are not showing up. Check that you signed in with the exact address you bought under, including a plus-alias if you used one. If it still looks wrong, email sales@aikeedo.com β we would rather fix an import gap than have you assume it is normal.
Do my license keys change? No. Existing keys were imported unchanged and keep working in your installation.
It takes one email and one click to see what is in your account. If something looks off, tell us β that is genuinely more useful to us than silence.
