Introducing New Aikeedo Pricing: Monthly Plans and All-Access

For most of Aikeedo's life there was one way to buy it: a single payment for a perpetual commercial license, with add-ons and support sold separately on the side.

That worked, but it asked everyone the same thing — commit the full amount before you have a single customer. For a lot of people building their first AI SaaS, that is the wrong first question.

So we have restructured how Aikeedo is sold. As of today there are three plans, and the one you should probably start on costs nothing upfront.

Here is the whole thing.

The Three Plans

Every plan carries a full commercial license. Whichever one you choose, you can run a live business on it, charge your own users, and keep all of the revenue. We do not take a cut on any plan.

What differs is how long the license lasts, and how much of the marketplace comes with it.

Aikeedo Core — $99/month

Core is the new entry point, and the lowest way in.

For $99/month you get the commercial license, the full source code, every update we publish while you are subscribed, and our Standard Support plan — which is $19/month on its own.

There is no setup fee and no upfront license cost. You pay for the first month, deploy, and start selling. If your platform makes more than $99 in its first month, Core paid for itself in month one.

What Core does not include is the marketplace add-ons. Plugins and themes are bought individually, from $39 each, and the bundle configurator discounts them as you add more. If you only need one payment gateway and nothing else, that is often all you will ever want.

All-Access — $799/year

All-Access is Core plus the thing most people end up buying anyway: the add-ons.

It includes everything in Core — license, source, updates, Standard Support — and adds the Plugin Pass: every plugin and theme in our marketplace, plus every one we release while your subscription is active.

That is currently 16 add-ons — 15 plugins and one theme — covering chatbots, cloud storage, conversation migration from ChatGPT and Claude, tax engines, email marketing integrations, and payment gateways for Africa, India, Turkey, Russia, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Bought one at a time, at today's prices, they come to $994.

Two numbers are worth sitting with:

• Twelve months of Core is $1,188. All-Access is $799. You pay $389 less and get every add-on included.
• Every add-on we ship next year is $0 on All-Access. Add-ons are the part of the catalogue that grows fastest, and the Pass is the only way to get them without buying each one.

All-Access is billed annually only. That is deliberate — the add-ons carry no separate license check, so a monthly term would let someone subscribe for a month, download the entire marketplace, and cancel. An annual term prices that out of existence and keeps the Pass sustainable for the people actually using it.

The Plugin Pass is not sold on its own. It comes with All-Access or not at all.

Commercial License — $1,499, once

If subscriptions are not how you want to buy software, the one-time license is still here and is not going anywhere.

One payment, and the license is permanently yours. It includes the full source code, unlimited earnings, no revenue sharing, and the releases we publish after your purchase. Support and add-ons are bought separately — Standard Support from $19/month, add-ons from $39 each.

This is the plan for people who want the software to keep working regardless of what happens to their subscription, their card, or us. It costs more upfront because it removes every ongoing obligation, in both directions.

If you already own a one-time Commercial License, nothing about it changes. It is perpetual, and it still includes the updates we publish. None of today's changes reach backwards.

Which One Should You Pick?

You are launching and want the lowest possible starting cost. Take Core. $99, no commitment, cancel whenever. If you later want the add-ons, move to All-Access.

You know you want more than one add-on. Take All-Access. If your basket would have included the Chatbots plugin ($199 today) and a regional gateway ($39), you are already at $238 of add-ons on top of a license — and All-Access gives you those two plus the other fourteen for less than a year of Core alone.

You want to own it outright. Take the one-time Commercial License. Add support and the specific add-ons you need as you go.

You are still evaluating. Do not buy anything yet. The live demo is the real product, current with the latest release, and it costs nothing to poke at.

The Terms, Stated Plainly

Pricing pages tend to bury the parts that matter when things go wrong, so here they are directly.

On a subscription, your license lasts as long as the subscription does. If you cancel, it stays valid through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, the license and any included add-ons end. Your data and your installation are kept, and resuming the subscription restores the license.

Cancellation is not prorated. Cancel mid-period and you keep what you paid for until it runs out; we do not refund the remainder.

Updates are included for as long as we publish them. On a subscription, that is every release issued while you are active. On the one-time license, it is every release issued after your purchase. Neither commits us to a release schedule or to publishing forever — we would rather write that down than imply a promise we cannot bound. The full wording is in section 2 of the License Agreement.

All sales are final. We do not run a refund window, which is exactly why the demo is public, complete, and always on the current release. Try it properly before you buy, and ask us anything first — we would much rather answer a pre-sales question than take a sale that was not right.

One license, one production domain. That has not changed.

Why We Changed It

Two reasons, and both are honest ones.

The first is that a single upfront payment was the wrong shape for most of the people buying Aikeedo. Our customers are largely founders launching their first AI product, and any upfront license fee is money committed before there is a single customer to justify it. Core removes that bar entirely: you pay for the month you are actually using, with the same commercial rights you would get from buying the license outright.

The second is that add-ons were becoming their own pricing problem. Sixteen of them, bought one at a time, with new ones landing regularly — every purchase was its own decision, and people were choosing which payment gateway they could afford this month. That is a bad way to buy infrastructure. The Plugin Pass replaces sixteen decisions with one.

We would rather be direct about the trade-off than pretend there isn't one: on a subscription you are renting the license, and if you stop paying it stops working. That is why the perpetual license still exists, unchanged in what it grants. If the ongoing term is the part you do not want, buy the one that has no term.
